RBC Resources LLC is a management and operations company created to help our clients develop long term solutions for their gas transportation and power generation challenges. Our expertise is largely focused in the development and ownership of energy assets, however, we provide consulting and advisory services to company leadership across multiple industries. Our services are primarily utilized in the areas of natural gas pipeline and small power plant construction, as well as commodity acquisition and management.

 The firm's focus on commodity portfolio planning as well as power and natural gas infrastructure allows us to have a meaningful impact for our clients. By utilizing the experience of our principal and associates, RBC Resources consistently adds value to the client through our industry-wide network. RBC Resources provides consultation to those companies who have a need to improve their efficiencies in field operations, fuel supply, management, or organizational and leadership strategies.

Bruce Christmas

As President of RBC Resources, Mr. Christmas regularly consults with a variety of clients concerning their operations from utilities to infrastructure funds. In his current role, Bruce is able to effectively put his 30 years of experience in the utilities business to use. Additionally, he works in project development and most recently was able to champion the construction of a 35-mile pipeline in Northwest Florida valued at $40M. Lately, he has partnered with Brightmark and serves a supporting role in the creation of their Renewable Natural Gas portfolio.

Prior to founding RBC Resources, Bruce served as Vice President of Operations at TECO Peoples Gas. During his tenure, he was responsible for directing the operations, engineering, and technical services of the largest natural gas company in Florida from 1997-2001. He then directed fuels management and strategy, including all commodity origination at Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas and wholesale power purchases at Tampa Electric as Vice President.  During this time, in addition to management of commodities, he was responsible for large project origination including the development and construction of TECO’s first intrastate pipeline, SeaCoast Gas Transmission. Additional responsibilities included the acquisition and integration of a natural gas marketing company with $800 million in annual revenue.  Prior to TECO Peoples Gas, he directed all operations of West Florida Natural Gas until the acquisition by TECO.  In his 12 years of directing Natural Gas Operations, he was responsible for the largest distribution pipe expansions in Florida history as well as significant improvements to operating and construction procedures. 

Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Florida and is a Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Florida. He prioritizes his community by serving on a variety of non-profit organization boards.
